Assuming the red and white RCA jacks on your TV are outputs and not inputs, you can buy a mini to RCA adapter at Radio Shack that will do the job (approx $10). Many TVs have only inputs so you might double check your connectors to be sure you’ve got outputs also.
If it turns out that you haven’t got any outputs on your TV, use the outputs on your cable box instead.
No cable box? You can use a VCR as a tuner and get outputs from it.
